Terms and Conditions

1. All prices are inclusive of VAT. 2. All orders must be accompanied by full payment. 3. If you pay by Cheque please allow 4-7 days for your Cheque to be processed. 4. Cheques and postal orders to be made out to Savvylifestyle 5. All Major Credit Cards Accepted. 6. Damaged goods must be confirmed by fax/telephone/e mail within 24 hours of receipt, and in writing within three days of receipt. Also please keep all packaging as you receive it. 7. No returns are accepted without prior authorization. 8. The property in any goods sold or supplied by the vendor shall not pass to the buyer until the vendor has been paid all sums due from the buyer to the vendor, whether in respect of the goods sold or supplied, or due to the vendor for any other reason whatsoever. 9. In the event that the purchaser shall have parted with the goods before payment in full is received by the vendor the purchaser shall hold the proceeds in trust for AromaRelief to the extent of the amount from time to time outstanding until payment is made in full and any cheques or drafts have been cleared. 10. Terms strictly nett. 11. These Terms and Conditions and enclosed price lists supersede all previous price lists. A finance (interest) charge of 2% monthly will be added to unpaid balances. 12. CARRIAGE PAID ON ORDERS OVER £200.00 (UK MAINLAND ONLY) excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands, Eire and Northern Ireland which will be charged at cost. 13. CARRIAGE CHARGES: STANDARD CHARGE BY OVERNIGHT CARRIER £7.95 PER ORDER. excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands, Eire and Northern Ireland which will be charged at cost.
