Using your Wheat Bag
|
Your Wheat Bag can be used in many ways. It is epecially relaxing when heated and placed across the shoulders and neck or around the lower back (promoting postural alignment). It's Just like a good massage, a heated Wheat Bag stimulates the bloodflow in tight muscles and stiff joints, thus promoting ease of movement and relaxation. It is perfect for relieving tension and discomfort in the lower abdomen and feet.

Why not try your Wheat Bag as a hottie!
AS A HEAT PACK *.
1) Microwave Method - Place the Wheat Bag in a microwave. Heat for 1.5 minutes on a high power.
2) Oven Method - Place your Wheat Bag in a casserole dish with a lid, or wrapped in tin foil, and place it into an oven. Heat for 10-15 minutes on a Low-Medium heat, (160 C or Gas Mark 3).
* Do not reheat within half an hour and please be careful not to leave your Wheat Bag unattended whilst heating. If you require more warmth please ensure that you do not exceed 3 minutes in the microwave or 20 minutes in the oven. Over-heating will occur if these guidelines are not followed.
AS A COLD PACK/COLD COMPRESSES.
Place the Wheat Bag into a plastic bag and then into a freezer. For best results leave overnight. When removing from the bag, brush off any ice * which may have formed on the Wheat Bag.
* You should never allow your Wheat Bag to get wet.
